Public Notice Advertisment The Enugu State Multi-Door Courthouse (ESMDC) invites Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practitioners from every sphere of endeavor to apply to act as Neutrals (Arbitrators, Mediators and Neutral Evaluators) in disputes the ESMDC.

Applicants must meet the following criteria for eligibility:
1. Be a person who has attained a good standing in his /her profession or industry.
2. Attained the age of 33 years at the time of the application.
3. Possesses graduate degree from a recognized University.
4. Be a person of proven integrity.

Note: certification in ADR will be an advantage.
Applications and credentials must reach the office of the Secretary, Enugu State judicial Service Commission not later than 4.00pm on 18^th September, 2018.
